If DACA guidelines are followed strictly, most won't qualify. e.g, can't have abused welfare system, no criminal record, etc.
I think this gets them out of the shadows and many will leave rather than be exposed.
If DACA was strictly instituted and a regulation that all non-citizens should have on person at all times a valid work visa, tourist visa, student visa or green card was implemented, or enforced, if in place already, and operated under the penalty of immediate deportation, it would actually be beneficial.
Kids who have followed all the rules and are gainfully employed are an asset anyway. Rules are pretty strict if you read them They were just never really enforced. Surprise. Surprise.
