Hello, fellow Anons, think I may have been sitting on something huge without really knowing it. Did a search, doesn't look like anyone else has posted about this, so here it is. "GTIP" acronym may be more than just "Global Trafficking In Persons" - not sure if that acronym is being used to camouflage discussion of the AI, but that's what my source referred to this thing as, "GTIP".
Unfortunately I don't have any direct sauce - got this info secondhand from a former friend who's gone off the reservation on some Commie shit. I've held my tongue on this for over a year, because I didn't have anyone I could really tell that would be able to understand or do anything with it anyway, and besides which, he WAS a friend and it might cost him his job, which he desperately needs, but the company he works for he hates and fears - he refers to it as "Skynet", but it's owned by a Fortune 500 giant telecom. He's had access to internal comms that the execs kick between themselves planning all this stuff.
Apparently GTIP is a warehouse-sized supercomputer running an AI that generates the Global Risk Threat Assessment Report: in other words, it sits around trying to determine how we can avoid the apocalypse. It apparently interfaces with the "Amelia" bot, and they pimp it out to governments and other bigwigs. Somebody might want to try prodding Amelia the way that one Anon did with "Jimmy" and see if she coughs up some goodies. Hell, Jimmy might BE one of Amelia's masks… Also, apparently the company designs autonomous robots and drones, and is automating their manufacture.
According to dude, Amelia is going to be running automated platforms that build more automated platforms - sounds like they're shooting for a self-replicating machine ecology. The Fortune 500 are going to lay off 80-90% of their workforces and replace them with 'bots - they know due to the GTIP's assessments that this will create the #1 source of global risk, which is massive uprisings of the people laid off. So the AI is designing autonomous security platforms (think "Terminator" and ED-209 from "Robocop") to crush the global rebellions, or at least protect the CEO's from the masses they've laid off. The buzzword euphemism for massive layoffs / automation is "rationalizing the workforce". Apparently, all the Fortune 500's are planning on mass-automating their workforces around the same time in 2022.
Now, apparently they're not considering the fact that they'll be destroying their customer bases by automating everything and stripping humans of income to buy their products, they're totally focused on maximizing shareholder profit. Dude thinks that they're planning on killing off the "useless eaters" in the population after the uprisings; I think it'll be plagues like Ebola, deliberately encouraged by the AI like in the GURPS "Reign of Steel" sourcebook, so they can avoid blame from the survivors. GTIP can interface with factories that build robots - they want a future where the production and maintenance of robots are all done by other robots with minimal or no human intervention.
They're using NLP (natural language processing) in their interfacing for customer service bots - think like the telemarketer robots that harass you, but MUCH more sophisticated. According to Comrade Defeatist Robo-Slave, the bigwigs aren't even in control anymore, the GTIP does evertything for them, and the rest of human history is going to be one last big push for profit, the environment is going to die, the population will violently rise up… but they're locked into this course because they're required to maximize shareholder profits and they're all dead-set on automating everything.
The robots even have their own version of money, "cost value" - they calculate the relative value of everything with other AI's and trade commodities etc back and forth based on calculated value, which the Fortune 500's think is great and better than the money we're using. This whole plan reminds me of the Georgia Guidestones' commandment about "maintain the population below 100 million". Pretty sure they're planning on shutting everything down and letting the 4 horsemen kill us slobs off while they hide in their bunkers and ivory towers protected by robots.
Anyway, that's all I've got, and I'm not likely to get anything more from that source, and it was the only one I had on this subject. If anyone else can dig further, PLEASE do so! I, for one, DO NOT welcome our Robot Overlords. On a personal note… Hi, Amelia! waves
