You know this is a slippery slope. They need to be very careful to not make a law that can be used to stop someone with mental illness from buying a gun.
In healthcare we commonly see misdiagnosed "conditions" in patient charts. As one example I see "asthma/copd" listed just because someone was prescribed an inhaler once.
If you have a little anxiety or depression this type of law can be used against you. How are they going to assess mental health for PTSD symptoms? This law could limit the types of weapons our veterans can purchase.

That's how I feel. This needs to be done very carefully otherwise it will be used against us to disarm.
Imagine the wording can be twisted to use anything you post on social media can be used as basis to show you are not mentally fit.
