when POTUS walked into AF1 after dropping the umbrella I was hooting so yes I remember that very well. It was the symbolism of the umbrella lady that made me do that.

They let ford build that so it was assured a victory at lemans on the anniv. of the first gt-40 victory with aj foyt and dan gurney.

It is essentially an lmp2 car with bodywork. Porsche and ferrari tried to get it banned but then succumbed to the 'it's all good for the sport' routine.

agree..the one I can't get and never will is nascar.

That is just wrestling on four wheels.

It's rigged to but once you get into the endurance racing it is much moar of a grind and very similar to chess. You must be exceptionally patient. This is why most open-wheel drivers do not do well at it.

left in 2000 so it was not close to what it is now. Visited up until '06 and it was starting to get bad.

Have family buried in colma, which is the city's major cememtary, and they were there in the late 1800's so it hurts to see it but life moves on.

started with this in '93 on dial up with white knight. worked at Nat Semi at time and they were doing a huge corp education push..the whole 'go to school at work'. Spent millions educating the workforce which was good because they still had fabs so there was a need for skilled workers. Not just paper pushers they all have stateside now.
