That is an aspect ratio of 1.36:1
The ratio for twitter should be 2:1.
You can measure the image on your device if you have a ruler handy.
Make the width twice as much as the height.
Or hold up a piece of paper to the screen and mark the height of your image.
Then turn the paper 90 degrees and measure the width of your image.

You could make it 1000 wide x 500 high. That would be the right shape, and large enough.
