Have you seen an allergist? My son had them bad until we found out he was allergic to spcertain or most chocolates, we use carob now for him , taste , smells, and looks like chocolate but safer, no side effects
Enlightenment comes in many forms, mental, physical, or emotional…. I feel more in tune with the earth now then I ever did in my life… always was in tune with nature… enough so, when sitting quietly in the woods can almost hear the trees groan….
