They will not allow Trump to replace RBG. Look how desperate they were with Kavanaugh. They absolutely would consider murdering both Trump and Pence so Pelosi could replace the deceased RBG. This is part of the reason why she doesn't want to negotiate, the shut down gives them an excuse for a secruriy lapse that's already been hinted at.
