Here are the declassified CIA documents on pole inversion. Geomagnetics of the planet are changing. The USGS completed a series of stability studies back in the 80's and made recommendations for selected survival areas. $21 trillion spent on underground shelters to insure the survival of our species. 10-20 years non of this matters.

Heading towards a pole flip.

It absolutely has happened, and will happen, and the recent weakening of the field and accelerating movement of the magnetic poles suggests it may be decades or years.

thousands of years ago, a series of bizarre catastrophes turned our earth into an animal disaster area. It was a massacre of worldwide proportions. Today paleontologists stare at the fossil record.

fluctuations in its strength and relative strength (i.e., position) will affect how much energy is blocked and, correspondingly, how much energy reaches Earth to heat it. It is inconceivable that these changes would not affect climate, yet, it seems to be entirely ignored.

This guy is a paleo climatologist. He also connected the physical record to human calendars like the Vedas and Age of Pisces transition, etc. This actually will be end of Pisces and Iron age.

The local electromagnetic environment is changing due to long-term solar and galactic cycles, and it is affecting every planetary body in the solar system, not just Earth. The magnetic poles are moving because the electromagnetic field is decreasing, and rapidly:

The simple fact that we are โ€œoverdueโ€ for a full reversal and the fact that the Earthโ€™s field is currently decreasing at a rate of 5 percent per century, has led to suggestions that the field may reverse within the next 2,000 years. But pinning down an exact date โ€“ at least for now โ€“ will be difficult.
