Mr. Lipschitz, 53, has more than 24 years experience in banking in various financial capacities. Prior to joining the Registrant, he had been CFO for TAOCON, Inc., a construction company, since 2008. Prior to that, he was CFO/Business Manager – Commercial Bank Unit for JPMorgan Chase and held various other positions in JPMorgan Chase from 1984 through 2008. Mr. Lipschitz is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York and New Jersey and he is a member of the AICPA, the NYSSCPA and the NJSCPA. Mr. Lipschitz graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Mr. Leopoldo E. Guzman serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Guzman & Company. Prior to founding Guzman & Company in 1987, Mr. Guzman was Chief Investment Officer of Gulf Investments Company. From 1980 to 1982, Mr. Guzman was Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. From 1976 to 1980, he was a member of the Corporate Finance Department of Lazard Freres & Company in New York City. From 1972 to 1976, he was an officer with The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. He is a Member of the Advisory Council at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Active in professional and business circles, Mr. Guzman is a member of the Regional Firm Advisory Committee of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), as well as the Corporate Finance Advisory Committee and the Education Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). He was director of the Securities Traders Association of Florida. Mr. Guzman also serves on the Advisory Board of the Master's in Financial Engineering Program of the School of Engineering, Applied Science at Columbia University. He was Member of Advisory Board of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). Mr. Guzman is registered with the NASD and the NYSE as a General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Options Principal, Finance and Operations Principal and Municipal Securities Principal; with the NYSE as Chief Compliance Office and Supervisory Analyst; and with the NFA as an Associated Person. Mr. Guzman is a 1971 graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Administration, where he earned an MBA degree in Finance. He graduated from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University in 1969, with a BS degree in Operations Research.
