Actually, the bible does not state that there will be an antichrist. Antichrist just means against Christ. Indeed Jesus said himself before he was crucified in 1 John 2:18 that many Antichrists had already shown up.

"Young children, it is the last hour, and just as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared, from which fact we know that it is the last hour."

All this numerology hogwash makes people chase unrealities and miss the actual message of the scriptures.
