Maybe they drove from D.C. its a 2.5 hour drive down Rte 50. and they are taking the flight out.

only 4 that I know of and they are Ocean City Mult. airport….Salisbury, Md airport…a little further away you have a real small airfield called Crisfield airport…then you have a big Military AFB called Dover AFB. about 1 -1.5 hours north and remember the President was there yesterday maybe they tried again????
So, in theory they all could have driven to that location from D.C. 2.5 hours or caught flights on small individual airports. I'm betting it does have something to do with the President being in Dover just north of there and GITMO. IMHO
