Anyone else tried filtering majority of blue light throughout day? I had an interesting experience the one time I did it. I went about 2 weeks without most blue light. I wear blue light blocking glasses.

I noticed that I felt generally better, happier, and very present. Sleep became more like day and day became more like sleep. It was actually around this time that I found Qanon. I know that blue light is high frequency & energy light. I've read that it reduces melatonin production, which is a complex sleep molecule. (and you know sleep spoopy af with that quantum magic shit n strings or something). Living without blue light was like being on antidepressants. I also found that my attention was no longer as easily influenced by media streaming devices; cell phones, tv, pc, were not 'thrilling'. I felt like my reward responses were being retuned, as well as my psyche. I don't know, I say give it a shot and see what happens! I've heard strange things about old books not having a word for blue and how the egyptians were some of the first with blue dyes. Also, I ponder red vs blue energy, parties, and gender as they relate to binary systems, or as energetic principles like yin and yang, or light and dark.

During the day melatonin production is repressed by the daylight. After the sun goes down would be a normal earth cycle, but technology and artificial lighting definitely repress melatonin past 'normal'.

Personally, I felt like a fucking wizard manifesting god and I think that the ayys + Illuminatis might be using magic to steal our conscious influence.
