Can you imagine what would happen? Think of all the diseases. What if the prison population was getting too thinned out for their liking - not enough babies being produced? Let's go to the streets and fill up the paddy wagons!! Shit!!

What if they had a shortage of women in the prisons? What if they started getting specific requests on what types of babies they wanted - based on ethnic group, based on genes (i.e. for organ harvesting or blood), blue-eyed babies for adoption or trafficking. With all the data they've been collecting on our DNA (i.e. 23&me), heck they could just plant some drugs in your car just becuase you had the right genes they needed. Boom! You're in jail producing babies for these sick fucks!!
