Supra Et Ultra is the motto of the National Reconnaissance Office which has offices in the UK, Australia, Colorado, Chantilly Virginia and Fort Belvoir…..the coordinates that were dropped included Chantilly and Australia (didn't check the rest). Looks to me like a 'we really do have it all' moment.
