Transgender epidemic in the UK: One child changes gender every day – a non-issue and normal says PM Theresa May

The United Kingdom is seeing a record number of children, under the age of 16, identifying as transgender – with at least one child making the switch every single day.

Louise Bowers, a senior deed poll officer, told The Sun: “We used to issue a couple every couple of months – but now it’s seven to ten a week.”

According to Bowers, most of the kids are in their teens, aged either 14 or 15, however some are as young as ten.

The number of children, aged between 3 and 18, being referred to gender identity clinics went from 314 in 2011 to 2,016 in 2016.

Last year UK’s Equalities Minister Penny Mordaunt ordered an urgent investigation after it was revealed there had been a 4,415 per cent increase in the number of girls being referred for ‘transitioning’ treatment.

Facebook's WhatsApp limits text forwards to five recipients to curb rumors

JAKARTA (Reuters) - Facebook Inc’s WhatsApp (FB.O) messenger service is globally limiting the number of times a user can forward a message to five, in a bid to fight “misinformation and rumors”, company executives said on Monday.

“We’re imposing a limit of five messages all over the world as of today,” Victoria Grand, vice president for policy and communications at WhatsApp, said at an event in the Indonesian capital.

Previously, a WhatsApp user could forward a message to 20 individuals or groups. The five-recipient limit expands globally a measure WhatsApp put into place in India in July after the spread of rumors on social media led to killings and lynching attempts.

WhatsApp, which has around 1.5 billion users, has been trying to find ways to stop misuse of the app, following global concern that the platform was being used to spread fake news, manipulated photos, videos without context, and audio hoaxes, with no way to monitor their origin or full reach.

Protesters Try to STOP a Marine’s Funeral – Then, Bikers Show Up! (WATCH)

Biker groups are often portrayed negatively in the media. But what they did at a Marine’s funeral is fantastic!

Protesters from the Westboro Baptist Church wanted to protest the funeral of a fallen Marine… Their goal was to make the day even worse for the heartbroken, grieving family.

Then, bikers from the Patriot Guard stepped in and saved the day! This story is incredible, and you have to watch the video (below):

Why or how you could claim to be a “Christian” while shouting, confronting, and screaming throughout a grieving family’s memorial service for their fallen patriot, we will never know. How in the world is this Biblical– or even logical?

But thank God, a group of unlikely heroes has risen from the dust. The Patriot Guard has made it their personal mission to protect the families of our fallen men and women of service. Bikers by the hundreds (many of them veterans themselves) go to the funerals to form a shield between the hateful protestors and grieving families. Their actions display their loyal devotion to the brave men and women of America.

The Patriot Guard deserve our thanks and prayers. The Marines deserve our respect, especially after giving the ultimate sacrifice.

Seven member states miss climate plan deadline

Seven EU member states have not yet sent the European Commission their draft energy and climate strategy, despite having agreed to a 31 December 2018 deadline.

The countries that did not submit their draft plan on time were Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, and Spain.

"It's classic that we have an implementation deficit," said centre-left German MEP Jo Leinen, commenting on the delays.

"We make the rules together, everybody agrees at the end to have that rule. But implementation is a different planet," he told EUobserver in Strasbourg.

Russian Navy tracks movements of USS Donald Cook in Black Sea

MOSCOW, January 19. /TASS/. Russia’s Black Sea Fleet is monitoring movements of the US guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook, which had entered the Black Sea, the Russian Defense Ministry’s National Defense Control Center said on Saturday.

"Forces of the Black Sea Fleet have begun tracking the guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook immediately after she made a transit into the Black Sea," the center said.

According to the center, "the Black Sea Fleet guard ship Pytlivy began tracking the movements of the US naval ship immediately." Besides, the US ship will be monitored with the help of the fleet’s electronic and technical means.

USS Donald Cook entered the Black Sea at 8.50 p.m., the National Defense Control Center specified.
