There is PR planning, social media campaign planning, the creative process for everything from website to tshirts, as well as a pretty lengthy permitting process for on the ground events. I've also never ever had signage created faster than two weeks. Ever.
IMO this was a pre-planned set of tactics set on ice for the right situation or there was foreknowledge. There's absolutely not a fucking chance that these half retarded kids planned this all in less than two weeks.
