I didn't think so at first, but the man on the ten dollar bill is Alexander Hamilton, and the President on the five dollar bill is Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln was assassinated and Sec. Hamilton was killed in a duel. Keep in mind these folks have to be creative in their comms because they are being watched closely.
