Giuliani Communicated with Mueller’s Team About BuzzFeed Fake News Trump-Cohen-Moscow Article – Agreed Much of it False
Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani communicated with Mueller’s team about the BuzzFeed Trump-Cohen-Moscow conspiracy theory floated last week and the special counsel agreed much of it was false.
The BuzzFeed articled claimed text messages and emails backed up their claims President Trump suborned perjury and instructed Cohen to lie to Congress.
“There are no texts and emails or other documents to corroborate BuzzFeed’s claim for the simple reason that it is not true,” Giuliani told Fox News. “Whoever is responsible for this is lying.”
BuzzFeed got nuked by Mueller’s office last week after they floated a fake news Trump-Cohen-Moscow report late last Thursday night.

BuzzFeed reported late Thursday night that according to law enforcement sources, Trump directed his former lawyer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about the proposed Trump Tower in Moscow.
The BuzzFeed reporters who worked on the hit piece doubled and tripled down even though Mueller’s team released a rare statement nuking their claims.
Last Friday evening, a spokesperson for the special counsel disputed BuzzFeed’s junk report, calling it “not accurate.”
“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” the statement from Mueller’s spokesperson read.
Conservative news sites immediately began to poke holes in BuzzFeed’s ridiculous Trump-Russia report, however, Dem lawmakers came out swinging calling for Trump’s impeachment.
Conservative radio host Mark Levin said last week that Mueller released the rare statement rebuking BuzzFeed’s article to ‘cover their asses’ and avoid a leak investigation.

Just prior to reaching out to Gates, Birnbaum worked on Ben Carson's campaign along with George Papadopoulos (35). When Ben Carson pulled out of his presidential run, he handed Trump plans for voter manipulation in swing states by a company called Inspiration, run by Israeli intelligence agents (41). Shortly after, Birnbaum delivered a presentation on Psy-Group to Gates and Papadopoulos joined team Trump (36). Ben Carson now works as Trump's Secretary of Housing.
Before Ben Carson's campaign, Birnbaum worked as a close advisor to Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel (35). According to Papadopuolos' now-wife, Simona Mangiante, Mueller threatened Papadopoulos of being an unregistered agent of Israel before Papadopoulos pleaded gulity (37). In June 2017 Birnbaum joined Trump's former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, at Avenue Strategies, founded by Lewandowski and Ben Carson's former campaign manager that hired Papadopoulos, Barry Bennett (35). Lewandowski has since stepped down from the firm over scandal (38).
Birnbaum's business partner since 2003, Arhtur Finkelstein (3), also mentored Roger Stone since the Nixon re-election campaign(2). Roger Stone worked closely with Donald Trump since the late 80's and on Trump's 2000 run for the presidency (4). Finkelstein also worked for the Trump Organization (2) and mentored Tony Fabrizio who worked as a pollster for Trump's campaign (2).

Netanyahu tells Likud hareidi leader Hebrew calendar will be official calendar of state in new Basic Law, Jewish law basis of legal system.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reportedly revealed at a Likud conference on Wednesday some remarkable facets of the Basic Law he submitted last Thursday, which would enshrine Israel's status as the nation-state of the Jewish people.
Netanyahu told the head of Likud's hareidi division Yaakov Vider at the conference that he intends to make the Hebrew calendar, which is based on Jewish law, the official calendar of Israel, reports Kikar Hashabat.
The new law also would establish the Talmud, the core work of Jewish law, as an official basis for Israeli state law.
"I'm going to personally be involved in the law defining the state of Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people," Netanyahu reportedly told Vider. "It's a very important law that will influence how Israel will look in the future."
"I want to anchor in this law, that it will be a Basic Law that the state of Israel arose and exists on the basis of the Torah and the Jewish tradition," Netanyahu explained, promising to define the Hebrew calendar as the official state calendar.
Netanyahu also promised that "we will define in the law the Gemara as a basis for the Israeli legal system," referencing the Jewish legal text analyzing the Mishnah, a legal work of the Jewish sages, which together form the Talmud.
Discussing the new Basic Law on Sunday in a cabinet meeting, Netanyahu stated "the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish state does not actualize itself enough in our Basic Laws, which is what the proposed law aims to fix."
Netanyahu stressed the law would not restrict the rights of non-Jewish citizens of Israel. He further dismissed opposition to the law by leftist MKs, foremost among them Justice Minister Tzipi Livni who pledged to block the law.
"They want a Palestinian national state to be built beside us, and to turn the State of Israel, meanwhile, into a bi-national state, Jewish-Arab, within our restricted borders," Netanyahu argued, saying the new Basic Law would prevent such a situation.

Brad Pitt’s New Orleans housing charity is in trouble
Brad Pitt is caught in a hurricane of litigation over defective houses his Make It Right foundation built in New Orleans and he can’t find a graceful exit from the storm.
Make It Right appears to be barely functioning. The charity reportedly stopped building new houses in 2016. Its website hasn’t been updated since December 2015, and social-media accounts went idle in mid-2017. Like most nonprofit orgs, Make It Right has publicly posted its tax filings and financial statements for several years, but the last available filing is for the 2014 tax year. Years ago, the charity partnered with other groups to build veterans housing in Newark, New Jersey, and affordable apartments in Kansas City, Missouri.
New Orleans homeowners are suing Pitt and the foundation, claiming fraud over defective designs and shoddy construction. Pitt and other former foundation officers are petitioning to be removed from that suit, and he and the organization are suing the architect who oversaw the project in the city’s devastated Lower Ninth Ward. The charity has made repairs to rotting and collapsed porches.
In December, the city of New Orleans warned the 109 Make It Right homeowners that natural-gas meters in their houses might be improperly installed — a dangerous condition that could lead to gas leaks and explosions.
For Pitt — an architectural buff who hoped to pioneer new designs for affordable, green housing — the venture has been an embarrassing disaster.
“The easy thing for him would have been to walk away, but then he would be accused of abandoning the people he promised to help,” my source said.
Pitt — after buying a mansion in the French Quarter and raising millions for the foundation after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 — was busy making movies. He let other people run the project, which aimed to build 150 green-energy houses.
“Brad was a co-founder, but he wasn’t on the board for years,” the source said. “When the problems arose, he committed to help make it right.”
Ron Austin, the lawyer representing the homeowners, told me, “According to their 2015 tax filings, the foundation is insolvent. If Mr. Pitt succeeds in getting himself removed from the lawsuit, these residents will be without any remedy. It’s obvious he is trying to cut and run.”
Austin said his clients are stuck with 30-year mortgages. “It’s sad and scary. They don’t have anywhere to go, and they can’t afford to move.”
Emails and phone calls to the foundation were not answered.
