Question for the lawfags. Assuming the plan is to get the fed courts to shut down for three days so we go to military tribunals, is there anything stopping the fed courts from convening a session with no funding? Is that even possible and/or legal?

My concern (though not concernfagging) is that, say, the fed courts run out of funding, three days pass, we go to military tribunals, Trump does something (anything), the DS of course will attempt to sue to stop. Once we go to military tribunals, is there any way for the fed courts, say the corrupt 9th Circuit, to reconvene with no funding to do the bidding of their DS masters?
