I've been watching the dig on this and I'd like to point out the obvious. This note is written on a check receipt. Like a check you get from a diner. The writing that you are desperately hoping contains a secret message is from the waitress from her previous check. At the bottom their is a smiley face and "Have a great day" Donna left her a $15 tip and said $15 hour Bless you on MLK Day This is referencig the waitress being able to one day make $15/hr with a new minimum wage implemented.
