No one knows what causes Alzheimer's. But aluminum is 8.1% of the earth's crust. Most of this is in oxide form. So while aluminum may be involved in the process of Alzheimer's (debated), it's unlikely that abnormal exposure to Al2O3 is the cause. Everyone and everything has been swamped with it since forever.
