I think this is Q sticking their tongues out at the black hats. The black hats communicate among themselves in this exact manner.

So if we were to follow the tweets of a black hat and had knowledge of their common board, we could use this same method to intercept their messages.

For instance, if Pedos want to talk to each other in plain site, they tweet and refer to a common board such as a popular cooking website with a message board… or another board on 4 chan or 8 chan.

Quite a while back some anon was posting the Popes tweets where he used the word "concrete" quite often.
