Q chose teh Chans as it's the largest collection of autists of eVar. They knew they had puzzles to solve, proofs to find and intel to gather, so they came to the Chans and recruited them via puzzles and challenges that only those with high levels of autism could solve.

Normal people couldn't solve them, so they would ignore these messages and dismiss us as being 'hackers'.

Tl;dr - Q and his team knew what they were doing and this site bears his faith out massively.
