I always use ctrl+F for the FIND

Search for (you) until you find one of your own posts

Once you find one of your own posts, search for the userid under that post

If you run a VPN your user id might change but you'll always have the (you) as long as you're on the same device/network, not sure how that works.

Also, when I am using the FIND, "whole words" is ALWAYS on. Highlight all is helpful but can be annoying. Match case is useful especially when people are being dicks.
