Michigan is proposing banning gun to mentally ill (as government defines it) Only after Due process. Sound good? Well think about this. You get a letter from state police to turn your gun in or else you'd be arrested and jailed. You can post bond and wait for court date for "due process". You have a gun cop like so he says "you look mentally ill" Cops will take your guns and all he will say is talk to the judge. And you'll never see it ever again. Are you going to spend $5000+ in lawyers and fee to get $1000 gun back?What a Just-Us system.
