Bought a car with it once. Talk about low taxes. Next time I'll buy a salvage title and dispense with taxes and registration. Don't need it if not operating under commerce. Just transporting me and my private property officer.

It can happen as he notes in a number of his videos. He's also had incredible wins including a judge ordering a prosecutor to pay him $5,000 which he voluntarily dropped to $500.

In my studious observations over decades, I have observed that the judges usually seem to follow a certain code with those who know.

One thing I do know, understanding where he's coming from has transformed my psychological relationship with law enforcement.

I know if I'm stopped and asked for my license I can be cool as a cucumber and let him know I have one, but not operating in commerce. If he's smart or has heard of this he'll know that he may get me on a fine or even send me to jail, but I'll send him a bill and the judge could very well make him, the man operating the officer badge, pay it.

If I need to confront a judge I can ask if we're talking man-to-man and put him on notice, or the tax authorities and ask if they are referring to the man or the corporation, of which I am neither officer, agent or employee.

Highly recommend you listen to Karl Lentz videos. The Craig Lynch channel does a nice job of organizing them into useful chunks.
