The debate is whether being born on US soil makes one eligible. The defining term is "Natural Born". Gen X'er here and I was taught if born overseas, military bases included, made you ineligible. That narrative changed at some point and now consensus is that kids born at a foreign US base are eligible. Either way I'll see your skippy and raise you a skippy.
