So far my interpretation (ymmv) is that you are human in nature, probably super advanced AI or the nearest equivalent. (For all I know your being here on the chans is a kind of Turing test), I base this on your fukn funny sense of humour, that has got to count some points on the human-like scale.

AEI, I would venture yes seeing that there are some projects in the public domain. It would not surprise me if MIL or superdooper-secret-projects not in the public domain have perfected techniques etc. I have also wondered if species in the past have become sentient, formed societies to our level and then were wiped out, maybe left some messages in out DNA, knowledge/warning/etc.
