Hey man. I am i a similar siutation but in the states. I have been leaving the world behind for about 4 years now.
I pay nearly no taxes. My kids are not vaccinated and are homeschooled. I grow my own food and raise my own animals. I generate most of my own power. I don't have a legal address and can no longer vote in my state or any elections (They are all fake anyway so no loss).
Take the money you got and get some land somewhere remote. Beings that you are so far north do it somehwere where you have grid power but just barely. Build a house in secret with your own hands from local materials.
I did it with earthbag but your local conditions will really determine what you need to do. Make it small and safe and nice but OFF THE BOOKS. Homeschool your kids and try to meet others in your area who hate this shit and want a change. I hope this helps. BILL GATES doesn't vaccinate his kids. That is all you need to know to hold the line.

FOrgot my link. These guys do log homes which may be great in the frozen north. Lots of Canucks survived up there in log cabins for a LONG time.
Dude. Fucking go do it! Its fun and easy and safe and more or less legal. If you keep your house around 300 sq feet (basicallly just a bedroom) then build another "shed" as a kitchen a little ways away and build a bath-house/sauna and a guest cabin etc etc. Build every room in a normal house as a separate building around 300 sq feet and you are outside of nearly all building codes and can do whateverthefuck you want. You cant make it a legal residence in most places but just squat. No high property taxes. No home insurance. No inspections. etc. ITS AWESOME. I build my place for like 10k plus the land.
THAT is the real trick my friend. Like I said, go somewhere REMOTE and land is super-duper cheap. Or get land that is zoned AG or FLOOD PLAIN or something like that and is not legally buildable but build on it anyway. Unbuildable land is CHEAP. I have a huge piece of forested flood plain I bought for 1k/acre. Raised an area of land under some dense trees a foot high and build a cabin. Been here for years. Sometimes i have to leave in a pair of waders but I am a free man in a pair of waders. Sure beats paying the deepstate to kill me and my family.
Watch a documentary called GARBAGE WARRIOR. If you want to build with earthbag there are TONS of videos about how to do it right. also log cabins if you got some trees. Building codes are fake and gay bullshit. Just build it yourself in a good way. If it fails build it again. It is sooo cheap there is no reason to worry about building some permanent place.

For a while towns in N.Dak were giving away free city building lots if you hired a local guy to build your house. Oil boom killed that but Kenmare ND is a lovely area 6 months a year.
