OK, I must be onto something. I've been working all afternoon on a doc with all [] markers in chronological order. I'm trying to find Q's cipher KEY. Because he asked long ago why the Lord's Prayer was cited and which version, I researched and found NIV. Later, a thought ocurred to me that Q had referenced Jer. 29:11 several times. So I thought, let's look at the NIV versioon of that. So I go to my usual site, Biblegateway, and behold, the verse of the day:

"A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps." Prov. 16:9 :-)

Here's where I am atm: A spook at CIA created this Kryptos cipher. Has to do with "BERLIN" and "CLOCK".

I found an interesting article about it [https:// www.wired.com/2014/11/second-kryptos-clue/ ], where the letter "Q" was misplaced:

"“The first message is a poetic phrase that Sanborn composed:

“Illusion” spelled with a “Q”.

And again:

"News unlocks MAP" So is the letter Q replaced with "L" in Q's cipher KEY? That's kinda where I'm at atm. :-)
