Anons

We think this sealed case is about a foreign corporation, but this grand jury appeal seems to indicate this case may involve a Foreign Government, also.

UK, Aus?

This appeal filed by the petitioner (defendant)

seem to ask the SCOTUS to overturn the DC Circuits ruling, which seems to allow contempt sanctions to be held on a Foreign Nation/Gov't.

Most of this document goes over the history of FISA as it relates to Foreign States.

The over-arching theme seems to be (as presented by def. attys) is that If we don't fuck with them (criminal/legal charges against a Foreign State), they won't fuck with us.
