Just because abortion took place before 1900, STILL doesn’t make it right. And maybe there’s a “public” issue with abortion because the “public” morally opposes it and doesn’t want their taxes funding something they are morally opposed to. Just like we don’t want our money funding tech we’re morally opposed to. Or big pharma we’re morally opposed to.
