I don't know. Sounds like it's a symbolism of grooming a predator for fame. They don't let everyone into the cult after all, if you have too many morals or aren't able to understand the symbolism you don't get in - conversely if you have a natural aptitude for evil then you get noticed and groomed for high office like Hillary was - looking at her old photos symbolically and she offered to try and murder a POTUS - but instead got put on the watergate commission after the deal was rejected.

so to answer your question - I don't know for sure because I'm not a cultist, I merely happen to have a cultist family and was rescued - I now know more than most anon's because of my experience but I am still learning with the rest of you the finer points of their symbolic language.
