Measles is back! Vaccinate your children! On a L.A. based radio show hosted by a mostly conservative host plus a mostly liberal sidekick, the subject of anti-vaccination was bought up. To set the stage, audio from a media report (radio or TV, I couldn't tell) was played. The gist of the story was: 10 years ago, measles had been eliminated as a threat to children. It had been eradicated. But now it's back. Parents who do not vaccinate their children are being shamed. During discussion the radio host mentioned that among those most vocal against vaccination are from the Jewish community. My questions are: How and why did measles make a come back, and what do the Jews know?
