Like i watched an animated movie with my friend once where a line we both quoted all the time was changed when we sat down and watched it again. Lots of shit has been fucked with and I know this isn't the original timeline I was in.

1)Can't arrest a memeber of congress when they are in session
2)Can't impeach POTUS when they aren't in session.
