Akin Gump negotiated immunity for the HRC campaign IT staffer involved in installation and use of private computer servers. Now we know how HRC paid Bryan Pagliano’s legal bills - money from Backpage ! Akin G advised Pagliano to plead fifth amendment. Wonder how much $$ Backpage dished out to cover legal and lobbying costs related to Ukraine? Maybe that’s where some of the ‘estimated $250,000’ went. These lawyers charge over $1,000 / hour. There could be multiple illicit slush funds like Backpage to conceal all kinds of payments.
