Just want to jump in on this. Don't underestimate the amount of physical work any fast food or restaurant worker has. I used to work in restaurants for years and it was hard work. At the same time the wage increases they want is redicoulus. Although it is hard work it takes minimal training and knowledge to do. I now work in an industrial plant and although there are times when it is hard work it is a lot more about having the knowledge and the risk of a person's safety. There have been times where I have had to wonder if something was gonna kill me in the industrial plant which is something I never had to worry about in a restaurant.
