All this is tied in with the NATO stuff and Iran, if you ask me. Might be interesting to see where Iran is getting their nuclear tech from and who is actually working in those bunkers.
France just said they have to leave Syria because without the US they can't support their own mission.
If we look at no NATO then EU has to pony up their own money for defense. Tied in with loss of 'funny money' from off the books activities (sanctions at work) it will lead to possible cuts in social services. The French and German normies may take cuts lying down, but the newly arrived migrants won't; and there's nothing to stop them.
The supposed Pelosi trip to meet with NATO; The congressional bill to stop POTUS from leaving NATO; Merkel talking in Davos about new financial instruments and infrastructure and this Aachen accord all ties in, IMO. I actually think Pelosi was going to this Aachen meeting. Brussels is the closest private airport to Aachen with just short autobahn hop, Military plane needing a rest for the pilot would have gone on to Ramstein (30 minutes, maybe), no need to stop in Brussels. Ramstein is in the sticks and a car ride to Aachen is a PITA from there. The pilot rest thing was a lie, no two ways about it.
