I was going through notables this morning and saw one noting that the law defines as 'homicide' as abortion that take place after 24 weeks.

THIS IS NOT THE CASE. This WAS the case previously. THIS WORDING WAS REMOVED FROM THE PENAL CODE. Once removed, this legalizes abortion up to birth.
