Damn 8239 is ringing so many bells for me I just can't figure out what the connection is… I know I've heard that number before in relation to SpaceX…was thinking maybe it was the weight of a payload but that doesn't have any significance in the grand scheme of things.

The emails weren't bleached from the server, they were bleached from the hard drive used to transfer the email FROM the server. All of the emails are supposedly still intact and retrievable.

Put a nuke in the Dragon, send it to the space station for months without any of the supplies the space station NEEDs, and then try to drop it on Hawaii…. makes no damn sense. The Dragon reentering would NOT trigger a missile alert because we know where and what it is at all times.
