The prior notable about the fence/wall funds being diverted to Iran is not true. While there may have been a lot of funds diverted, it states that only 36.3 miles of fencing was built by 2011. Sorry, not true. There was at least a couple of hundred miles built by 2011, I used to drive I-8 on a weekly basis and saw it myself. I can't imagine they spent $50 billion on it and so some of the money may have gone to Iran, but the tweet from Deep State Exposed is pretty loose with the facts.
