not many anon - they creamed that years ago

they can barely produce crude at this point due to Maduro screwing with the oil people in country. Many wells shut-in due to stupidity.

Almost no new drilling for last few years.

not a shill - been there 4 or 5 times myself as a company man for ExxonMobil drilling Colon deep wells.
