You're all idiots; the Courts have no Jurisdiction if the President declares a national emergency.

I think you mean "not" required to attend.
That's last year, fuckwit.
If you look at what's being challenged, it's not really a 2nd Amendment case, but a commerce case. NYC is essentially saying "you can't take this legal item that you bought legally here in the city outside of the city limits".
The City has no such power; NY State might have such power to deny entry into the rest of the State if such an item were illegal (think something else, like drugs, rather than guns), just as a bordering State can arrest you for transporting items into their jurisdiction that are illegal. (State lines would of course fall under Federal Jurisdiction too under interstate commerce.)
So the fact it's guns is kinda irrelevant, and should be a 9-0 smackdown. But because it's guns, it puts the Liberals on the court in a bit of a pickle…
Why would you say that? This is the Venezuelans doing this; POTUS just told them they had our support.
The question is why now… have the cabal's puppet strings in VE finally been cut?
Probably why Q posts very little now… a year from now its all probably pretty quiet.
Watch the water… seems to be starting to get choppy.
