A possible scenario:
So, Trump gets McConnell to call for adjournment. Nancy will not agree. Trump uses Article 2 powers to force adjournment of both houses, then uses the same Article 2 powers to call back only the Senate. Senate uses the nuclear option to confirm the full slate of Federal Judges. Senate holds hearings on DS and election abuse.
In the meantime Trump exercises executive powers to RIF unnecessary government employees and stops payment of foreign aid and other government subsidies until spending ceiling is no longer exceeded. Trump declares National Emergency to build the wall.
Pelosi is kept out of DC until she is willing to actually negotiate with the president on further border protection measures.
