Why the fuck does old twat need a policy advisor?
The Constitutional requirement (?) and/or Historical precedence leans toward a written record of the SOTU be delivered to Congress.
There is no requirement/precedence (to my knowledge) that Congress receive it FIRST as if they are MORE IMPORTANT than "We The People".
I would LOVE TO SEE POTUS deliver the SOTU from Air Force One and then subsequently Fax the written transcript to Congress and then can READ IT FOR THEMSELVES if they opted to not watch it live.
This would send them the message and drive home the REALITY that "We The People" elected Donald Trump and he is more concerned with "We The People" than humoring the ineffective ass clowns that try to run the government in a fashion that abandons The Constitution.
I can only hope they see this and give it some weight. Never made that claim before, but am not to bashful to admit to that being the case.
