Lee Bailey was handling the assets of his coke dealing client, and after Bailey on behalf of his client entered into a plea bargain to turn over all of his assets to the Federal Government, F. Lee Bailey failed to do so. He sold some of the stock and was unable to turn it over to the Feds. In essence, Bailey embezzled the client's assets, was prosecuted and held in prison until he paid the Feds.
