But the outcome is NOT all that matters. For those of us who have been here over a year, the training we've gotten throughout this process is priceless and could not have been gotten any other way.
Unless we were in the military service ourselves.
We are hugely different people than we were when we started.
Like it or not, we are part of a greater effort.
It is important to step away from time to time. Give a different perspective and help to see things about all our lives, in a bigger context.
I believe plenty is happening and has happened.
I would do things differently, too. But who am I. Hopefully, we'll all get to be part of this in a larger way eventually. The task is formidable. I still believe the problems are insurmountable. Our culture has gone way to far. Much more should have been done long ago.
But what can we do. Keep on.
