Finally found this video again, the video is from MIR if I recall correctly and the cosmonaut's commentary is pretty good especially in the first few minutes. He talks some basics about positive and negative ETs, crop circles and psyops.
Note the "cigar-shaped" craft at 6:30 onwards, very likely a positive Federation craft accompanied by a fleet of scouts.

I've yet to find evidence that's not at least 20 years old of directly negative ET activities, abductions included.
