The Galactic Federation (of Light), or Confederation (of Light), or Super Federation (as Corey Goode calls it) are all earthly names for a benevolent union of positive extraterretrials that is focused on Love and spiritual development. I'm an Earth human that very likely had past lives in civilizations belonging to that org. Many other anons did as well, that's why Q quoted the post "incarnated extraterrestrials".
