Well, from where I'm sitting, I think my earlier idea of POTUS waiting for civilian courts to run out of funding before springing the trap is becoming more plausible. My reasoning is as follows:

  1. Fed courts cannot be trusted to not be used by the DS to block POTUS's agenda. There are too many corrupt judges that legislate from the bench instead of apply the rule of law correctly. See numerous previous attempts from judges in Hawaii and CA.

  2. This piece needs to neutralized to keep the DS from tying the POTUS up in endless lawsuits. Enter that little known rule of military tribunals taking over if the civilian courts are closed for more than 3 days.

  3. Military is pro-POTUS and anti-DS. POTUS will have home court (no pun intended) advantage. DS can't file endless lawsuits to tie him up endlessly.

  4. If any lawsuits are brought up, military gonna shut that shit down fast, allowing POTUS to continue, much to the chagrin of the DS.

So all POTUS is doing now is continue to antagonize the DS to delay funding and opening the government until the Jan 31 deadline for court funding runs dry. After that, I predict it will be game on and we will start seeing some big announcements from POTUS.

Get comfy, anons. We're watching Grandmaster Trump play the long game. Problem is will I have enough popcorn to last me until checkmate?
